COVID-19 POLICY

Whilst it is not mandatory to be fully vaccinated to attend the Stella Arden studio, we do ask that you do not attend the studio if you are unwell. Please reschedule your appointment providing ample notice adhering to our Cancellation Policy.

We request that you attend your appointment alone, to minimise the volume of people visiting the Stella Arden premises. With the exception of babies less than 6 months of age, and as per our PMU Tattooing licence and regulations, no children are to be brought to the studio. Consider it your time to completely relax!

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

Our calendar is filled with back to back clients so the quickest way to secure an appointment is via our online booking platform.

All bookings require a deposit at the time of booking.

How do I reschedule my booking?

The best way to reschedule is to revisit your original booking confirmation email (tip: search for Stella Arden). At the base of that email use the Reschedule link to choose a more suitable time, and please ensure you are providing plenty of notice in doing so to enable us to quickly fill your original session.

How many brow tattooing appointments will i need?

You will need 2 sessions 6-8 weeks apart. Think of your first session as your undercoat and the second session as your top coat! Less commonly, a smaller 3rd session is needed and this can be for many different reasons.

WHERE IS THE STUDIO LOCATED?

Our studio and retail store is located in southern Tasmania at 290a Murray Street, North Hobart (Corner Murray & Warwick Streets). At the back of Elizabeth College.

What about parking?

There are lots of parking options on Murray and Warwick Streets, also on Elizabeth and Harrington Streets; 30mins, 1 hour and 2 hours. Please note that Murray and Harrington Streets are both ‘one way traffic’.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO THE APPOINTMENT?

For Occupational Health and Safety reasons, we respectfully ask that children do not attend the studio. Consider it your personal time to completely relax in our calming environment.

what is your cancellation policy?

For all tattooing procedures we require 5 business days notice for cancellation of your appointment. Due to the fact we often book out months in advance, we need to offer the opportunity for other clients to utilise any vacancies that arise.

For beauty treatments we require 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made within the above mentioned timeframes of your booked appointment. No-Shows will be charged in full.

Any deposits that need to be refunded will be returned less a booking fee.
